Clinical Nephrology Associates is a practice dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment,
education, and research of acute and chronic kidney diseases. These include, but are not limited to,
hypertension, diabetes, primary renal diseases, electrolyte disorders,
acid-base
problems, and the prevention of kidney stones.
The practice consists of
a board certified Nephrologist, Jack O. Gratch, D.O.,
F.A.C.O.I., as well as a cadre of paramedical support staff.
Clinical Nephrology Associates is proud of the credentialing of Jack O.
Gratch, D.O., F.A.C.O.I., by the American Society of Hypertension as Specialists in Clinical
Hypertension. With this appointment, Dr. Gratch joins this esteemed national faculty of internationally recognized hypertension specialists.
